This hip hop meets dubstep ting?

A lot of talk lately about whats about to 'explode', if it does at all, of the US rappers jumpin all over dubstep music, various sites and blogs are doing articles on it saying if this is a good thing or not, its obvious things are happening, what with the snoop/chase&status tune that came out recently, and with the soon to be released Plastician mixtape “Mr Grustle and Tha Russian Present Dubstep LA" feat. The Grouch and Eligh of Living Legends over the Jamie Vex’d remix of Scuba - Twitch, Murs vs Chase & Status - Madhouse, Alexander Spit over Rusko - Mr. Chips, Jimmy Jams vs Rustie & Joker - Play Doe....check his latest rinse set a few posts back to check em out........this is not a new thing i know, what with dj's mashing up and playing accapellas over tunes, but is this gonna hinder or enhance 'dubstep music'?
With the rise of dubstep in america and the tempo, unlike DnB, i suppose it was inevitable this was gonna happen...........what do you think? drop a comment.
